3.\nSubstitution of Trustee, Deed of Reconveyance and Termination and release of CC&R’s for\nResidential Rehabilitation Program case number 20-06-15 (16696 Joshua Street, Victorville,\nCA 92395); as well as acceptance and reallocation of associated Program Income funds\nRecommendation:\nThat City Council take the following actions regarding Residential Rehabilitation Program\nCase No. 20-06-15:\n(1) Approve the Substitution of Trustee and Deed of Reconveyance;\n(2) Confirm the required termination and release of the original CC&R’s;\n(3) Authorize the execution of the Substitution of Trustee and Deed of Reconveyance as\nwell as the termination and release of the original CC&R’s by the Deputy City Manager;\n(4) Accept the payoff of the loan receivable to the Residential Rehabilitation Program\nIncome Account; and\n(5) Adopt Resolution No. 23-023, amending the annual budget for fiscal year 2022-2023\nreallocating the subject $13,581.87 to Residential Rehabilitation Program Income funds to\nthe Residential Rehabilitation Program.
