8.\nTUSTIN FAMILY AND YOUTH CENTER MURAL PROJECT At their\nMarch 18, 2026 meeting, the Public Art Commission recommended mural\ndesigns to be located at the Tustin Family and Youth Center for the City\nCouncil’s consideration and approval.\nRecommendation: Recommend the City Council approve the design for\nthe Tustin Family and Youth Center mural, which was created via a public\ninput process led by artist Luis Barajas.Fiscal Impact: The artist will be\npaid $15,000 upon completion of the wall mural, which leaves an available\nbalance of $26,662 remaining in the Public Art Fund as of June 30, 2026.
