9.\nAPPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH LOGICALIS FOR CISCO/WEBEX\nCALLING PHONE SOLUTION The City’s current phone system is an on-\npremises Mitel platform that has reached its end-of-life and is no longer\nsupported. Migrating to a new system is essential to eliminate security\nvulnerabilities and system failures that could occur once manufacturer\nsystem patches cease. Transitioning to a modern, cloud-based solution mitigates these\nrisks with built-in disaster recovery and seamless remote work capabilities\nwithin a compliant and scalable communication infrastructure.
