5.\n2025 HISTORIC AND CULTURAL RESOURCES ADVISOR ANNUAL\nREPORT AND 2026 HISTORIC AND CULTURAL RESOURCES\nADVISOR WORK PROGRAM This annual report summarizes the\naccomplishments and actions taken by the Planning Commission, acting\nas the Historic and Cultural Resources Advisor, during the 2025 calendar\nyear, and establishes the 2026 Historic and Cultural Resources Advisor\nWork Program. On March 10, 2026, the Planning Commission, acting as\nthe Historic and Cultural Resources Advisor to the City Council, adopted\nResolution No. 4540 (Attachment 2), approving the 2026 Historic and\nCultural Resources Advisor Work Program.\nRecommendation: Recommend the City Council receive and file the 2025\nHistoric and Cultural Resources Advisor Annual Report and the 2026\nHistoric and Cultural Resources Advisor Work Program, as described in\nthe attached Planning Commission Staff Report.Fiscal Impact: All\nactivities completed during the 2025 calendar year had sufficient\nappropriation in the adopted 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 budgets.
