6.\n2024-2025 CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT ANNUAL REPORT The\nCity of Tustin is certified by the State of California to carry out the National\nHistoric Preservation Act of 1966, and is required to submit an annual\nreport on historic preservation actions, activities, and programs to the\nCalifornia State Office of Historic Preservation. The City of Tustin’s 2024-\n2025 Certified Local Government Annual Report (Attachment 1) reflects\nthe federal reporting period of October 1, 2024 through September 30,\n2025. On March 24, 2026, the Planning Commission, acting as the\nHistoric and Cultural Resources Advisor, approved the 2024-2025\nCertified Local Government Annual Report (Attachment 2).\nRecommendation: Recommend the City Council receive and file the 2024-\n2025 Certified Local Government Annual Report and authorize staff to\nsubmit\nthe\nreport\nto\nthe\nCalifornia\nState\nOffice\nof\nHistoric\nPreservation.Fiscal Impact: There is no fiscal impact associated with this\nitem.
