14.4\nConsideration and Approval of Funding Agreement Between the County of Los\nAngeles Local Solution Funds and the City of El Monte for Rental Assistance,\nEmergency Motel Voucher and Staff Cost.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Funding Agreement between the County of Los Angeles Local Solution\nFunds and the City of El Monte in the amount of $587,142;\n2. Approve a budget allocation in the amount of $319,713.60 for rental assistances,\n$150,000 for Emergency Motel Assistance and $117,428.40 for staff cost administering\nthe programs to the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget; and\n3.
