6.\nStaff recommends\nthat the City Council approve\nAmendment 3 to the Landscape Maintenance Agreement\nwith Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. (Mariposa), in the amount\nof $33,929, for a revised contract total amount of\n$1,726,488 plus a contingency of $15,000, for the inclusion\nof landscaping and irrigation maintenance services of Fire\nStation 9 and the former Chamber of Commerce site; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment\nupon receipt of all supporting documents; and authorize the\nFinancial Services Director, or designee, to execute the\nchange order.\n26-1293\nCity Council:
