Determining that the purchase of a new fire station alerting system US Designs qualifies for exemption from competitive bidding under SBMC 3.08.130; and\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Service Agreement with US Digital Design for the purchase and installation of a new fire station alerting system for an amount not to exceed $195,676.68.\n2. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2025/2026 Budget as necessary.
