Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Cox Communications for Unified Telecommunications Services for an initial three-year term with two (2) optional one-year extensions, in a total contract amount not to exceed $92,351 during the initial term, which includes a one-time implementation and equipment cost of $24,671 and monthly recurring service costs of $1,880 for a total of 36 months.\nb. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget, if necessary, by increasing the Information Technology Asset Replacement expenditure account (1355450.66400) to support the one-time implementation cost of $24,671, utilizing available fund balance.
