4.\nResolution Accepting the Fire Department's 2025 Report on Compliance with State\nInspection Mandates. In accordance with Senate Bill 1205 (SB1205), all fire departments in\nCalifornia must annually inspect specified buildings and report compliance to their administering\nauthority.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt a Resolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT\nOF A REPORT MADE BY THE FIRE CHIEF OF THE LA VERNE FIRE DEPARTMENT’S\nREQUIREMENT TO INSPECT CERTAIN OCCUPANCIES PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 13146.2\nAND 13146.3 OF THE CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE.”
