9.\nWASTE INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT WITH\nTHE COUNTY OF ORANGE\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Waste Infrastructure System\nEnterprise Agreement (“WISE Agreement”) with the County of Orange for\nmunicipal solid waste disposal rates and services. 2. Authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the City and\nmake minor modifications as necessary.
