J.9 APPROVE MEASURE A LOCAL STREETS AND ROADS FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR FISCAL YEARS 2026/27 TO 2030/31 (REPORT OF: FINANCIAL & MANAGEMENT SERVICES) (DISTRICT: ALL DISTRICTS)\n\nApprove Measure A Local Streets and Roads Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2026/27 to 2030/31 and Maintenance of Effort Certificate for Fiscal Year 2026/27 to the Riverside County Transportation Commission\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize submittal of the City of Moreno Valley's Measure A Local Streets and Roads Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2026/27 to 2030/31 and Maintenance of Effort Certificate for Fiscal Year 2026/27 to Riverside County Transportation Commission; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to submit an annual amended five-year plan to the Riverside County Transportation Commission if changes are made to the listed Measure A projects.
