Authorize to award a 5-year agreement for independent contract services to Diamond Environmental Services, LP, for portable restroom facilities and temporary fencing rental services;\n2. Authorize the City Manager/Executive Director of the Moreno Valley Community Services District or his/her designee, to execute the Agreement with Diamond Environmental Services, LP, subject to the approval of the City Attorney, provided sufficient funding appropriations and program approvals have been granted by the City Council and CSD Board;\n3. Authorize the issuance of purchase orders to Diamond Environmental Services, LP, for a total not-to exceed amount of $280,000.00, over the 5-year term of the agreement, in accordance with the amounts listed in the Fiscal Impact Section of this report; and\n4. Authorize to award an Agreement for Professional Consultant Services to Steinberg Hart to provide architectural and engineering design services for the Moreno Valley Public Safety Campus;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement with Steinberg Hart, subject to the approval by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Steinberg Hart in the amount of $4,319,611.00, funded by the Public Works Capital Projects funds, once the agreement has been signed by all parties;\n4.
