J.14 AWARD AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE MORENO VALLEY PUBLIC SAFETY CAMPUS PROJECT NUMBER 803 0072 (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS) (DISTRICT 3).\n\nAuthorization To Award An Agreement For Professional Consultant Architectural And Engineering Design Services To Steinberg Hart For The Moreno Valley Public Safety Campus Project Number 803 0072\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize to award an Agreement for Professional Consultant Services to Steinberg Hart to provide architectural and engineering design services for the Moreno Valley Public Safety Campus;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement with Steinberg Hart, subject to the approval by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Steinberg Hart in the amount of $4,319,611.00, funded by the Public Works Capital Projects funds, once the agreement has been signed by all parties;\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent amendments to the Agreement with Steinberg Hart, up to the annual budget as approved by the City Council, including the authority to authorize the associated purchase orders in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n5. Authorize budget adjustments as set forth in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.
