J.7 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT GARCIA BOXING ACADEMY, INC. FOR COMMUNITY BOXING ACADEMY PROGRAM FY2026/27 AND 2027/28 (REPORT OF: CITY MANAGER) (DISTRICT: ALL DISTRICTS)\nApproval of agreement with Robert Garcia Boxing Academy, Inc. for Community Boxing Academy Program for FY 2026/27 and FY 2027/28.\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve agreement between the Moreno Valley Community Foundation and Robert Garcia Boxing Academy, Inc. for the Community Boxing Academy Program for FY 2026/27 and FY 2027/28; and\n2. Authorize the issuance of a purchase order to Robert Garcia Boxing Academy for a not-to-exceed amount of $48,000, over the two-year term (FY 2026/27 and FY 2027/28), in accordance with the amounts listed in the Fiscal Impact Section of this report; or\n3. Provide an alternative direction.
