APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nGRETCHEN STERLING TO OPERATE AND MANAGE THE TEMPLE CITY\nCERTIFIED FARMERS MARKET\nThe City Council is requested to approve a second amendment to the agreement\nfor operating and managing the City's certified farmers' market.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the Second Amendment to the Services Agreement (Attachment “A”)\nwith Gretchen Sterling to operate and manage the Temple City Certified\nFarmers Market; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute the Second Amendment.
