Accept project completion for the Live Oak Park project (“Project”), CIP NO.\nP23-08 as performed by DD Systems, Inc. (“Contractor”) for a total amount of\n$1,715,822.23;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to file a project Notice of Completion with the\nCounty of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to release a retention payment of $85,791.11 to DD\nSystems, Inc. within 35 days following recordation of the Notice of Completion.
