E. ACCEPTANCE OF LIVE OAK PARK PROJECT, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) NO. P23-08 The City Council is requested to accept the completion of Live Oak Park Project. Recommendation: 1. Accept project completion for the Live Oak Park project (“Project”), CIP NO. P23-08 as performed by DD Systems, Inc. (“Contractor”) for a total amount of $1,715,822.23; 2. Authorize the City Manager to file a project Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to release a retention payment of $85,791.11 to DD Systems, Inc. within 35 days following recordation of the Notice of Completion.
