F. APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GRETCHEN STERLING TO OPERATE AND MANAGE THE TEMPLE CITY CERTIFIED FARMERS MARKET The City Council is requested to approve a second amendment to the agreement for operating and managing the City's certified farmers' market. Recommendation: 1. Approve the Second Amendment to the Services Agreement (Attachment “A”) with Gretchen Sterling to operate and manage the Temple City Certified Farmers Market; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute the Second Amendment.
