Independent Accountants’ Report on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures\nRelated to the Article XIII-B Appropriations Limit Calculation (Gann Limit)\n(Attachment “C”);\n4. Independent Auditor’s Report on Internal Control over Financial Reporting and\non Compliance and Other Matters Based on an Audit of Financial Statements\nPerformed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (Attachment\n“D”); and\n5. Single Audit of Federally Assisted Grant Programs (Attachment “E”).
