ADOPT RESOLUTIONS AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS WITH THE CALIFORNIA\nDEPARTMENT OF TAX AND FEE ADMINISTRATION AND RESOLUTION\nAUTHORIZING EXAMINATION OF TRANSACTIONS AND USE TAX RECORDS,\nAND APPROVE THE TRANSACTIONS TAX AUDIT & INFORMATION SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH HINDERLITER, DE LLAMAS & ASSOCIATES (HDL)\nThe City Council is requested to authorize agreements with the California\nDepartment of Tax and Fee Administration, authorize examination of Transactions\nand Use Tax records, and approve an agreement for Transactions Tax Audit and\nInformation Services.\nPresenter:\nAdministrative Services Director\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-5866 authorizing the City Manager to Execute\nAgreements with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration\n(CDTFA);\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 26-5867 authorizing Examination of Transactions and Use\nTax Records; and\n3. Approve the Master Services Agreement with Hinderliter, De Llamas &\nAssociates and authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement, subject to\nthe City Attorney’s approval as to form.
