6.\nConsideration of a First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Eurofins Eaton\nAnalytical, now Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater West, LLC to increase the compensation amount\nby $80,000 for the First Extended Term, increasing the total compensation to a not to exceed amount of\n$440,000, and authorize an additional appropriation in the amount of $40,000 from the Water Fund and\n$40,000 from the Wastewater Fund\n(Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Heredia)
