22. Purchase and Sale Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions by and between the\nCity of Victorville (the “City”) and Javier Torres Rosas (the “Seller”) for the\nacquisition of a portion of the real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number\n(“APN”) 0478-042-17 (said portion hereinafter defined as the “Property”)\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions, with\nauthorization for minor, non-substantive revisions as deemed necessary, for the\nCity’s acquisition of the Property from the Seller; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute all transactional related documents to\neffectuate the acquisition.
