Adopt Resolution No. 26-024, approving a First Amendment to the\nAgreement for Contract Services with LOC Architects for Architectural\nDesign Services for New Temple Park Multi-Purpose/Community Room,\nSnack Bar, and Restroom Rehabilitation to increase the contract sum by\nSeventy-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars and Fifty\nCents ($79,867.50) for a new total not-to-exceed sum of Two Hundred\nEighteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents\n($218,267.50) and to extend the term to November 14, 2027; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute the\nagreement.
