Sewer Lining Project Phase 3 - Approve Notice of Exemption and Award of\nConstruction Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a Public Hearing;\n(2) Close the Public Hearing;\n(3) Approve the Notice of Exemption; and\n(4) Award a construction contract to Insituform Technologies, LLC, in the amount of\n$2,224,346, for the Sewer Lining Project – Phase 3.
