LETTER FROM SPIRITT FAMILY SERVICES FOR THE CITY TO\nCONSIDER\nSPONSORING\nTHE\n2ND\nANNUAL\nFUNDRAISING\nLUNCHEON "BLOOMING MINDS" THURSDAY, JUNE 4TH, 2026\nSPIRITT Family Services is a nonprofit foundation in the City of South El\nMonte that promotes mental health challenges for community members.\nThe event will collect funds to empower families to improve health and well-\nbeing and strengthen communities.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council choose a\nsponsorship level ranging from $5,000, $2,500, $1,500, $500 or individual\ntickets at $100 each. Each level has special promotions, including VIP\ntables for the event and advertising opportunities (see letter).
