10.\nAward of On-Call/As-Needed Contracts for Development Review Engineering\nand Inspection Services\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Services\nAgreements with the seven (7) consulting firms for On-Call/As-Needed\nDevelopment Review, Engineering, and Inspection Services in an amount not\nto exceed $300,000 over an initial three (3) year period, with two optional\none-year extensions for each firm; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to approve task orders\nissued under the agreements.
