Award a construction contract for the West Calabasas Road Roundabout\nProject, Specification No. PW2025-19 (Project), to Sully-Miller Contracting\nCompany, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $6,856,293 (including a 15%\ncontingency); and\n2. Award a contract to Psomas for construction management and inspection\nservices for a not-to-exceed amount of $246,880 for the West Calabasas\nRoad Roundabout Project, specification No. PW2025-19; and\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2003, amending the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26\nOperating and Capital Improvement Budget to increase appropriations for the\nWest Calabasas Road Roundabout.
