9.\nLandscape and Lighting Act District (LLAD) and Landscape Maintenance\nDistrict (LMD) Assessments for FY 2026-27\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2000, initiating proceedings for the levy and\ncollection of assessments within Landscape Lighting Act District Nos. 22, 24,\n27 and 32 for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2001, approving a Preliminary Engineer’s Report\nwith respect to the levy and collection of assessments in connection with\nLandscape Lighting Act District Nos. 22, 24, 27 and 32 for Fiscal Year 2026-\n27; and\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2002 declaring its intent to levy and collect\nassessments within Landscape Lighting Act District Nos. 22, 24, 27 and 32\nfor Fiscal Year 2026-27 including a property owner ballot proceeding for\ncertain zones within Landscape Maintenance District No. 22 (Bellagio and\nCalabasas Park Estates) and for Landscape Lighting Act District No. 32.\n4.
