Accept project completion of the contract agreement with\nMarina Landscape, Inc. for the “Ridge Route Drive Landscape\nProject”.\nAND\n3. Release contract retention in the amount of $8,883.52 withheld\nper California Government Code 35 days following recordation\nof the Notice of Completion with the County of Orange,\nprovided no Stop Notices are on file with the City preventing\nthe release of the contract retention.\nAND\n4.
