16.\nStaff recommends that the City Council award a Public\nWorks Agreement (PWA) and approve a purchase order to\nPayneco Specialties Inc. dba Payco Specialties (Payco), in\nthe amount of $206,256 ($171,256 plus an additional\ncontingency of $35,000), for roadway striping at various\nlocations; authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement upon receipt of all supporting documents; and\nauthorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to\nexecute the purchase order.\n26-1318\nCity Council:
