13.\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the\nProfessional Services Agreement with\nGatekeepers\nSecurity Services, Inc. in the amount of $100,350, for a\nperiod of one year commencing May 1, 2026 and expiring\nApril 30, 2027, for security services at the Oceanside\nTransit Center parking structure located at 290 Seagaze\nDrive and the alley at S. Cleveland Street and S. Tremont\nStreet; allow for two one-year renewal options to be\napproved administratively for a total contract amount of\n$301,050; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.\n26-1333\nCity Council:
