6.\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve a\npurchase order in an amount not to exceed $200,000 to CT\nWEST, Inc., for the purchase of Advanced Traffic Signal\nControllers (ATC) and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)\ncameras for the Public Works Traffic Engineering Division;\napprove the procurement as a sole source purchase; and\nauthorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to\nexecute the purchase order.\n26-1323\nCity Council:
