Authorizing the City Manager to execute a PSA with JFS of San Diego\nto provide these services.\nc\n. Appropriating up to $100,000 from account\n4596520.65300.\nd. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2025/26 budget as\nnecessary.\n2. Adopt Resolution 2026-039:\na. Authorizing the City to submit a grant application to SANDAG for Flexible Fleet funding.\nb. If SANDAG awards grant funding to the City's application, the City commits to providing matching fund amounts listed in the grant application.\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to accept the grant funds, execute the grant agreement in substantially the same form as provided with the FFGP Call for Projects, and complete the project as described in the application.
