10.\nNOTICE INVITING BIDS: 2025-2026 CDBG INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT\nPROJECT – F2M26-32, N2M26-40\nThe proposed project includes repair of broken and off-grade sidewalk, curb and gutters,\nand off-grade driveway approaches. ADA access will be placed at Raymond and Vine.\nCDBG funds will be used for the following improvements: Repair approximately 29,000\nsquare feet of broken and off-grade sidewalk improvements; Repair approximately 1,800\nlinear feet of broken and off-grade curb and gutter; Repair approximately 2,200 square\nfeet of broken and off-grade driveway approaches; Upgrades and/or complete installation\nof 3 ADA ramps. Staff has reviewed and approved the prepared plans and specifications\nfor this project.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council authorize the circulation of a Notice Inviting\nBids for the CDBG Infrastructure Improvement Project with bids due no later than 10:30\na.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026; and, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to\nfinalize Council’s action.
