AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 1932-A1 WITH SA ASSOCIATES FOR CENTRALIZED\nGROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an Amendment to Agreement 1932-A1with SA\nAssociates, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for Staffing Augmentation and\nConstruction Management and Inspection Services for an amount not to exceed $497,080;\n(2) Appropriating $497,080 for the cost of services proposed in the Amendment ($336,000 in\ncity Water Treatment funds and $161,280 in Water Operations funds); and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
