6.6\nTERMINATE CONTRACTED EMERGENCY SEWER MAIN LINE AND PARKING LOT REPAIRS AT\n3915 GREEN RIVER ROAD AND RATIFY MAINTENANCE/GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS\nWITH AUGUSTINE GENERAL ENGINEERING, INC. AND VORTEX SERVICES LLC (DBA SANCON\nTECHNOLOGIES, INC)\nThat the City Council:\nMake a determination under Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.130(A) that competitive\nbidding is not required for this purchase based upon the reasons provided in this agenda\nreport.\na.\nTerminate the emergency action for contracted emergency sewer main repair and sewer\nlining at 3915 Green River Road pursuant to Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.130(A).\nb.\nRatify the Maintenance/General Services Agreement with Augustine General Engineering,\nInc. of Alta Loma, CA, in the amount of $113,819.89 for performing the emergency repair of\nthe sewer main running behind 3915 Green River Road.\nc.\nRatify the Maintenance/General Services Agreement with Vortex Services LLC (dba Sancon\nTechnologies, Inc.) of Huntington Beach, CA, in the amount of $137,121, for performing the\nemergency lining of the sewer main running behind 3915 Green River Road.\nd.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to\ntake the above actions.
