FOR SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM SERVICES\nThat the City Council:\nApprove the Third Amendment to Maintenance/General Services Agreement with Houston\nand Harris PCS, Inc. to perform Sanitary Sewer System Cleaning for both routine and\nemergency services in the amount of $1,050,000.\na.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Third Amendment to the\nMaintenance/General Services Agreement with Houston and Harris PCS, Inc. for a total\ncontract amount of $1,050,000 per fiscal year through June 30, 2027, including the ability to\nnegotiate and execute non-substantive changes and extensions, purchase orders and\namendments up to $105,000 or 10% of the contract amount.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a Purchase Order to Houston and\nHarris PCS, Inc. in the amount of $1,050,000 per fiscal year.\nc.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to\ntake the above actions.

FOR\nASPHALT REPAIR SERVICES\nThat the City Council:\nAward Notice Inviting Bids 26-013AG to Paveco Construction, Inc., the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder, for $1,500,000 per fiscal year, and waive any and all minor irregularities\na.\nin the bidding document as submitted by said bidder.\nApprove the Maintenance/General Services Agreement with Paveco Construction, Inc. of\nBaldwin Park, CA to perform As-Needed Asphalt Repair Services in the amount of\n$1,500,000 per fiscal year.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Maintenance/General Services\nAgreement with Paveco Construction, Inc., for a total contract of $1,500,000 per fiscal year\nfor the initial contract term ending June 30, 2028, with two (2) optional two (2) two-year\nextensions including the ability to negotiate and execute non-substantive changes and\nextensions, purchase orders and amendments up to $150,000 or 10% of the contract\namount.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a Purchase Order to Paveco\nConstruction, Inc. in the amount of $1,500,000 per fiscal year.\nd.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to\ntake the above actions.

AND VORTEX SERVICES LLC (DBA SANCON\nTECHNOLOGIES, INC)\nThat the City Council:\nMake a determination under Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.130(A) that competitive\nbidding is not required for this purchase based upon the reasons provided in this agenda\nreport.\na.\nTerminate the emergency action for contracted emergency sewer main repair and sewer\nlining at 3915 Green River Road pursuant to Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.130(A).\nb.\nRatify the Maintenance/General Services Agreement with Augustine General Engineering,\nInc. of Alta Loma, CA, in the amount of $113,819.89 for performing the emergency repair of\nthe sewer main running behind 3915 Green River Road.\nc.\nRatify the Maintenance/General Services Agreement with Vortex Services LLC (dba Sancon\nTechnologies, Inc.) of Huntington Beach, CA, in the amount of $137,121, for performing the\nemergency lining of the sewer main running behind 3915 Green River Road.\nd.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to\ntake the above actions.

FOR PHASE 2 OF THE NORTH\nMALL DEMOLITION PROJECT\nThat the City Council:\nAdopt the Plans and Specifications for the North Mall Properties Demolition – Phase 2\nProject (Project), Notice Inviting Bids 26-029SB.\na.\nAward Notice Inviting Bids 26-029SB, to AD Improvements, Inc., the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder, for the total bid amount of $682,189, and waive any and all minor\nirregularities in the bidding document as submitted by said bidder.\nb.\nApprove the construction contract with AD Improvements, Inc. for the demolition of the North\nMall Properties – Phase 2 Project in the amount of $682,189.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the construction contract with AD\nImprovements, Inc. in the amount of $682,189, including any non-substantive extensions,\nchange orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to 10% of total contract cost or\n$68,218 as authorized in Section 3.08.050 (H) of the Corona Municipal Code.\nd.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order to AD Improvements,\nInc., in the amount of $682,189.\ne.
