9.1\nCORONA DEL REY AMENDED AGREEMENTS\nThat the City Council:\nApprove the Amended and Restated Promissory Note between the City of Corona Housing\nAuthority and National Community Renaissance of California, NCRC CDR LLC.\na.\nApprove the Second Amendment to Operation and Maintenance Agreement between the\nCity of Corona Housing Authority and National Community Renaissance of California, NCRC\nCDR LLC and authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement.\nb.\nApprove the Assignment and Assumption of Agreement between the City of Corona Housing\nAuthority and National Community Renaissance of California, NCRC CDR LLC and authorize\nthe City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement.\nc.\nApprove the Subordination Agreement between the City of Corona Housing Authority and\nJPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the\nagreement.\nd.\nThat the Corona Housing Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct that the City\nCouncil take the above actions.
