12. APPROVAL OF A DISCRETIONARY FUNDS REQUEST FROM COUNCILMEMBER JACK\nDONOVAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500 FOR SUMMER CONCERTS IN THE PARK\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Find that the requested allocation of Discretionary Funds to support the Summer Concerts in\nthe Park is consistent with the findings required pursuant to the Guidelines for the Application\nof City Council Discretionary Budget Accounts adopted by Resolution No. 7174; and\n2.
