13. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO PYRO-SPECTACULARS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,590\nFOR THE FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS DISPLAY\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award a contract to Pyro-Spectaculars, Inc. (Pyro-Spectaculars) in the amount of $30,590 for\nthe Fourth of July Fireworks display; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement.
