21. REVIEW AND DISCUSS THE CITY OF SOUTH PASADENA SPECIAL EVENT AND CO-\nSPONSORSHIP PROGRAM\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Review the Special Event and Co-Sponsorship Program (Program);\n2. Provide direction on staffing costs for Co-Sponsored events; and\n3. Provide direction regarding business license requirements for vendors and sub-vendors of all\nevents.
