3.2\nSTUDEBAKER ROAD – TRAFFIC CALMING CHANGE ORDER - It is recommended\nCity Council 1) adopt the working drawings for Traffic Calming Improvements at\nStudebaker Road; 2) adopt the working drawings for Traffic Calming Improvements at\nPalo Verde Avenue; 3) authorize staff to approve a change order with Hardy and Harper for\nthe “Phase 1” Traffic Calming Improvements at Studebaker Road in the amount of\n$360,450; and 4) authorize staff to approve a change order with Hardy and Harper for the\nfinal pavement rehabilitation and traffic calming improvements at Studebaker Road in the\namount of $1,736,530.
