Public Hearing and Consideration of Adoption of Amendment No. Three\n(Substantial) to FY 2019/20 Annual Action Plan for Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships\nAct (HOME) Program federal funds\nIt is recommended that the City Council: 1.
