Approval of Consultant Service Agreement with Securitas Technology\nCorporation to Service Parking Structure surveillance system and Access\ncontrol equipment for various city facilities.\nIt is recommended the City Council to: 1) Authorize the Mayor to execute\na five (5) year service agreement with Securitas Technology Corporation;\nand 2) Authorize Director of Recreation & Community Services to execute\nany associated documents; and 3) Authorize Director of Finance to\nappropriate funding and make necessary changes to the budget.\nSTAFF REPORT
