ACCEPT AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY FOR PUBLIC\nSTREET AND SIDEWALK PURPOSES ALONG THE FAIRFAX\nAVENUE\nFRONTAGE\nOF\nTHE\nALPINE\nEQUITIES\nLLC\nDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT 1282 FAIRFAX AVENUE [H.\nCOLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nThe City Council will consider accepting an easement and right of\nway for street and sidewalk purposes along the Fairfax Avenue\nfrontage of the Alpine Equities, LLC development project located at\n1282 Fairfax Avenue. This item is categorically exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), acceptance of the\nGrant of Easement for Public Sidewalk and Parkway Purposes\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15301 and 15305.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 26-________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC\nSIDEWALK AND PARKWAY PURPOSES AT 1282 FAIRFAX\nAVENUE IN THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD”; and 2) Direct the\nCity Clerk to submit a certified copy of Resolution No. 26-\n_________: as well as the Easement in Exhibit A of Attachment A for\nrecordation by the office of the Recorder of the County of Los\nAngeles.\nSTAFF REPORT
