8.\nApproving an Agreement with the Los Angeles County Fair Association for Law\nEnforcement Services for the 2026 Los Angeles County Fair\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2026-40 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS\nANGELES COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION FOR LAW\nENFORCEMENT SERVICES FOR THE 2026 LOS ANGELES COUNTY FAIR IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $800,074 AND AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET\nBY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $69,097 AND APPROPRIATING\n$69,097 IN THE GENERAL FUND\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval by the\nCity Attorney.\nStaff Report - 2026 LA Co.
