City Council: Approval of Amendment 1 to the Property Use Agreement with MainStreet Oceanside,\nInc. for the use of City property in the downtown area to operate the Morning Farmers Market and\nthe Sunset Market, extending the term of the agreement for an additional five years, commencing\non April 11, 2023 and terminating on April 10, 2028, with an estimated annual payment to the City\nin the amount of $85,000, for the actual cost of four overtime Oceanside Police Officers to patrol\nthe Sunset Market; and authorization for the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt\nof all supporting documents
