6.\nApproval of Cooperative Agreement with the Cities of Aliso Viejo, Laguna\nHills, and Mission Viejo for the Alicia Parkway Regional Traffic Signal Program\nProject\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Cooperative Agreement by and between the City of Laguna\nNiguel and the Cities of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, and Mission Viejo for the\nAlicia Parkway Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program Project;\n2. Authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the agreement; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute future amendments to the\nagreement.
