ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-10 – AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF\nAPPLICATIONS FOR ALL GRANT PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE\nCALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF RESOURCES RECYCLING AND RECOVERY\nFOR WHICH THE CITY OF SAN GABRIEL IS ELIGIBLE\nThe California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery administers\nprograms that provide local government agencies with potential funding\nopportunities to support a variety of activities intended to help California reach\nits climate change-related goals.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-10 authorizing the submittal of applications for all\ngrant programs administered by the California Department of Resources\nRecycling and Recovery for which the City of San Gabriel is eligible; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or Public Works Director to execute all related\ngrant documents.
